Securing a trial is not an easy task, but since RISM has great contacts, we can make it happen for you. If you are a professional player this process can be much easier. However, as a player without a professional track record, often times the best way to get your foot in the door is to enroll in a short or longer-term academy program. RISM has such a program. Contact us for further information.

A RISM agent can represent a player, providing player with management and representation services for a compensation based upon a monthly percentage of the player’s salary.
We can represent you throughout the world with our partner’s network.

It can be difficult to immediately get an opportunity with a professional club, unless you are already a professional and have proven statistics from a familiar league to beef up your resume. Thus, many agents work with smaller clubs in their countries of expertise to incubate talented players in top semi-professional leagues to provide the players with great exposure to bigger clubs throughout the course of a season.

In general, younger players are more sought after than older ones. However, many of our agents are looking for tenured professional players to fill top roster spots with major clubs.

We have partners literally all over the world. With Europe being the epicenter for world class soccer, a large part of our network stems from the European continent. However, we work with partners worldwide.
